Executive Details performs an extensive evaluation of your vehicle to assist you in determining the level of correction required to restore you paintwork to perfection. The evaluation will also assess the standard of your vehicle's paintwork as well as recommend the appropriate services required to keep your vehicle in pristine condition. All vehicle evaluations are completed at our detailing facility by trained technicians and consist of the following procedures:
- Digital Paintwork levels are measured over the entire vehicle in microns and evaluated to determine the appropriate paintwork correction process required. After extensive examination of the paint levels, a technician will provide a comprehensive report outlining the appropriate procedures required to achieve the client’s expectations.
Paint Correction and Restoration ($150 / hr)
This process removes the minimum amount of paint (1 or 2 microns) while producing maximum results. In most cases, scratches, swirl marks, buffer marks, micro-marring, cob webbing and hologram effects can be totally removed from all types of paintwork, including scratch-resistant ceramic clear coats utilizing our multi-step polishing process. In the instance that a vehicle exhibits moderate to severe paint imperfections, Executive Details incorporates a comprehensive color wet sanding process to properly eliminate identified defects
The paintwork is digitally measured for thickness using digital paint depth gauges, which are capable of reading down to 1 micron. Depending on the paint thickness, it is then carefully re-leveled by 1 or 2 microns, so that any minor scratches, swirl marks, buffer trails, holograms or micro-marring in the paint's clearcoat are totally removed. For paintwork that demonstrates a moderate to severe level of damage, a specialized color wet sanding process is utilized to properly correct any imperfections in the paintwork prior to performing the traditional polishing and protection process. This also restores dull or faded paintwork to its original luster, as light can now be perfectly reflected from this newly corrected and re-leveled surface.
VEHICLE PAINT INTEGRITY CERTIFICATION AND DIGITAL DOCUMENTATION PROGRAM ($500 per vehicle)
Executive Details provides a digital vehicle documentation program that creates a virtual record of your vehicle(s) by:
- Documentation of all detailing and paint correction services performed
- Identification of any previous damage and/or repairs
- Complete digital photo album
- Protects vehicles value and resale opportunities
